Return and Refund Policy
At Lusherra, we deliver live plants with care and quality packaging. Since plants are living and perishable products, we generally do not encourage returns.
However, customer satisfaction is important to us, and we do offer support in case your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
1. Returns
Due to the nature of live plants, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.
Plants can be affected by weather, handling, and environmental changes after delivery, so returns are not feasible.
2. Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items
Refunds or replacements may be provided only in the following cases:

Plant arrived severely damaged

Wrong plant or product delivered

Package was tampered with during transit
To request a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
All refund or replacement requests must include:
✅ A clear unboxing video, recorded from the moment the package is opened
✅ Photos of the damaged plant and packaging
✅ Order number and delivery details
Requests without an unboxing video may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in cases such as:

Minor natural variations in plant size, shape, or color

Damage caused by improper care after delivery

Delay in reporting beyond 24 hours

Incorrect address provided by the customer

Orders refused at delivery
5. Refund Processing
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
