At Lusherra, we deliver live plants with utmost care and attention. Since plants are living products, our shipping process is designed to ensure they reach you healthy, safe, and fresh.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.


1. Shipping Locations

Currently, Lusherra ships across India to most serviceable pin codes.

Delivery availability depends on courier coverage and plant safety during transit. Some remote or high-risk locations may not be serviceable.


2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1โ€“2 business days after payment confirmation.

Processing includes:

  • Quality check of the plant

  • Secure packaging

  • Dispatch preparation

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 2โ€“5 business days

  • Other Cities/Towns: 4โ€“7 business days

  • Remote Areas: Up to 10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier delays

  • High demand periods

  • Natural or regional disruptions

As plants are perishable, we aim to dispatch at the earliest possible.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Package weight

  • Order size

Any applicable charges will be shown clearly before you complete payment.


5. Plant Packaging Standards

We take special care in packaging all live plants. Each order is packed using:

  • Protective plant wrapping

  • Secure cushioning

  • Breathable packaging materials

  • Damage-resistant outer boxes

Our goal is to minimize stress and transit damage for every plant.


6. Delivery Guidelines (Important for Live Plants)

To ensure the best delivery experience:

  • Please make sure someone is available to receive the package

  • Avoid delays in opening the parcel after delivery

  • Plants may experience minor transit stress, which is normal

We recommend watering and placing the plant in indirect sunlight for 24โ€“48 hours after arrival.


7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

If a package is delayed or returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete phone number

  • Customer unavailable at delivery

Lusherra will not be responsible for plant damage or re-shipping costs.


8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your plant arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we are here to help.

To request support, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

โœ… A clear unboxing video (from opening the sealed package)
โœ… Photos of the plant and packaging
โœ… Your order number

Requests without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


9. No Returns on Live Plants

Since plants are living and highly perishable, we do not accept returns once delivered.
